Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow, Houston

I stayed at the hotel for two months due to its convenient location near the highway, but I couldn't get a bigger room as requested, and the thin walls between rooms made it less ideal. The service from the corporate office at Brookhollow was consistently friendly and accommodating, offering amenities like dry cleaning and shops. The location was convenient with various shops and restaurants in the area, though it appeared a bit sketchy initially. Despite missing out on a complimentary breakfast, the dining options were half as expensive, making it a more budget-friendly choice.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found it to have its ups and downs. The rooms were spotless, but the thin walls between rooms made it a bit noisy. Getting to my room on the opposite side of the hotel was a hassle, however, once inside, I appreciated the great size of the room.

I stayed at this hotel to accommodate a visiting family member as I don't have a guest room. The location was perfect with lots of nearby shops and restaurants, which was the main reason I chose to stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and faced the freeway, offering plenty of room and a great size. The service was amazing, with very polite and accommodating staff who even allowed for later checkout times. The dining experience was a bit messy and missed having a complimentary breakfast, but the homemade pizza was a good value option. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient for my stay.
